Are you looking for an alternative to typical aerobic exercise? Get into shape fast with sexy fitness instruction from Twirl Fitness. We offer pole dancing fitness lessons to women of all ages. This is a fun way to eliminate excess pounds, build muscle, and create curves like you had in high school. Additionally, our classes help you build a stronger heart for better overall health. Drop those extra pounds with pole dancing classes.

When you decide to enroll in a fitness program, no doubt you want one that helps you get in shape and stay that way. We started Twirl Fitness to provide clients with a fun and efficient way to build a healthier, stronger body. All instruction takes place in a fitness lounge that reflects our goal to help you look and feel sexier.

 

 

CLASS SCHEDULE

POLE Dancing ($25)

Monday 6:15pm & 7:30pm

Wednesday 6:15pm

Friday 6:15pm

CHEETAH STRIP TEASE/Twirlesque ($20)

*Bring oversized button up shirt. Comfortable heels, wigs and costumes are optional.

Wednesday & Friday at 7:30pm

Each class is one hour.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter or reschedule the class.

Heels are not required in class, but feel free to bring them and try it out. 

Please no lotion or oil on the body!  Your skin needs to grip the pole.

Must make a reservation and pay in advance. 

Class cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the class or class will be forfeited.
